1. Logon on the DWU network. If you are a new student your initial password should be your student ID number plus the four digit year of your birth. If you are a returning student, the first two letters of your first name and up to six of your last name .

2. Once the computer is done loading, press the Control, Alt, and Delete keys simultaneously.

3. Choose the ‘Change Password’ option.

4. In the ‘Old Password’ line type your current password.

5. In the ‘New Password’ line, type what you would like your new password to be.

6. Confirm your new password by retyping it in the ‘Confirm New Password’ line and choose ‘OK'.

7. You should then receive a prompt saying that your password has been successfully changed. You can now logon to the DWU network and your DWU email account with your new password.
