Nov. 10, 2008 Powwow Dancing, Music and Song at DWU MITCHELL – Denise One Star and several other traditional powwow dancers will perform in the Sherman Center at DWU from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18. This event is free and open to the public. They will dance to live powwow music and song provided by the Red Leaf Singers. The performance is part of the activities honoring Native American Month and is sponsored by Oyate Ho Waste and the Multicultural Club. |
