Registration Procedures
Before Registration
By registration day, you should have received official confirmation of
your acceptance to
Dakota Wesleyan University. If you have not received confirmation, contact
admissions at
1-800-333-8506 before coming to campus.
A $150 enrollment confirmation is due the day of registration,
if not previously paid.
Transfer
Students
If you transfer from another institution, be sure that your official transcripts
have been sent to admissions for evaluation. Your adviser will need this
information in order to assist you accurately and effectively with your
academic plan.
Health Information
ALL students must submit:
- Medical
History/Physical Exam form completed by medical provider;
- results of TB test completed within last 12 months;
- immunization records including proof of two MMR vaccines;
- a photocopy of the front and back of medical insurance card;
- proof of Hepatitis B Vaccine highly recommended for all students,
mandatory for nursing; and
- proof of meningitis vaccine highly recommended.

during registration to answer your questions. Come prepared to
turn in your forms and records.
Residential
Life
Testing Out
If you wish to test out of college courses, you need to inform your admissions
counselor in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made for you to
take the exam(s).
Fall Orientation
Mark your calendar now! Fall orientation days for all
new students are Aug. 20-21. More information will be
distributed at your Priority Registration session. Classes
begin Monday, Aug. 22.
