Jory Hansen

Jory began working as an admissions counselor this summer, after graduating with a master’s degree in educational policy and administration from Dakota Wesleyan University. He also received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from DWU in 2007.

In addition to his work in the admissions office, Jory also serves as the assistant women’s basketball coach at Dakota Wesleyan. For the previous two years, he worked as a resident director on campus. He is originally from Lakefield, Minn. In his free time, Jory enjoys golfing and watching a variety of sports.

Jory has the opportunity to work with students from north central South Dakota, including the city of Aberdeen, plus Minnesota, Colorado, and the western United States.

Jory enjoys the close-knit community that students experience while at Wesleyan, as well as the many caring faculty and staff members that truly have the best interests of the students in mind.
