Objective
To recognize an alumnus/alumna who has notable achievements in his/her
profession.
Criteria
- Graduate of DWU
- A person who has made notable accomplishment in his/her profession
Information to be submitted for Outstanding Professional
Achievement Award
- Nomination form
- Describe how long, and in what capacity, you have known the nominee.
- Briefly describe the nominees achievements in his/her profession.
- Provide specific examples of the personal qualities that make this
nominee an outstanding professional.
- Recommendation letters
that support the nominee are very helpful during the selection process;
thus we would ask that the nominator request two others to submit letters
of recommendation in support of the nomination. List the names and telephone
numbers of those contacted to submit letters of recommendation.
Note: Nominations can be submitted prior to the receipt of recommendation
letters.
