DWU Men’s Basketball Moves up to No. 16 in Latest Poll

MITCHELL, S.D. — The Dakota Wesleyan University men’s basketball team moved up three spots to No. 16 in the NAIA Men’s Basketball Division II Top 25 Coaches’ Poll that was released on Wednesday (Feb. 27).

GPAC school Morningside College fell from the No. 1 ranking to No. 2 in the NAIA poll. Two other GPAC schools are also in the top 25. Northwestern College is No. 7, and Dordt College is No. 23.

The Tigers (23-7 overall, 13-5 GPAC) host Hastings College in a GPAC Postseason Tournament quarterfinal game on Thursday, Feb. 28 in the Corn Palace.
