The Center for Talent Development offers a new and
unique service to Dakota Wesleyan students. We will help you through
each stage of your college experience – from choosing a major
to starting your career.
A restructuring of the former Career Center, this
new office will offer services such as career coaching, academic
consultation, work study coordination and talent recognition.
In addition, the Center for Talent Development will
have information about campus activities, service projects, part-time
jobs and other opportunities available at DWU and in the community.
Above all, this new service ties together all aspects
of the Dakota Wesleyan educational experience, ensuring that you
get the most out of your time in college. The Center for Talent
Development will make sure you are satisfied while you’re
here and prepared when you leave. Every student can benefit from
stopping by!
Our Vision:
The Center for Talent Development aims to: create an environment
that maximizes the personal strengths of students; link individual
talents with educational goals; offer opportunities to develop extraordinary
levels of performance; and provide clarity and focus for academic
and post-graduate planning – all from a position of strength
that is personally affirming and lends energy and excitement to
the Dakota Wesleyan experience.
