Welcome to StrengthsQuest and the StrengthsFinder Inventory.

At Dakota Wesleyan we want students to identify their talents and develop their strengths. We want to help you along on this journey of discovery. As a new student at
Dakota Wesleyan, you will be participating in the StrengthsQuest program.

Your StrengthsQuest at DWU begins when you complete the Gallup StrengthsFinder Inventory on-line. This inventory will help you identify areas in which you have talent and natural strengths. The StrengthsQuest program will provide you with strategies for developing your strengths and ideas on how to focus your strengths on the college experience. By focusing on developing our strengths we can become top performers in these areas.

To complete the inventory you will need 30-40 minutes of uninterrupted time. You will need to purchase the book Strengths Quest which includes an access code that you will need to complete the assessment. Your report will be immediately available to you online after you have completed the assessment. Please print a copy.
