Commencement is Sunday, May 5 at 1:30 p.m. at the Corn Palace in downtown Mitchell. Commencement will include an academic hooding ceremony. Graduates should assemble in their caps and gowns at 12:30 p.m. at the Armory, adjacent to the Corn Palace.
There is no rehearsal for the ceremony.
The university reserves the right to limit the number of guests per graduate for admittance to the ceremony. Should it become necessary to limit the number of guests, this information will be communicated in a timely fashion.
The ceremony will also be streamed live at www.dwu.edu/live.
Handicapped Accessibility -- The Corn Palace main floor is handicapped accessible. Please contact Emily George in the Academic Affairs Office if members of your party require special accommodations.
