Option1
Adding school code to your FAFSA online.

1. Go to the FAFSA website at www.fafsa.ed.gov
2. Select “Start Here”
3. Enter student Information then click Next
4. Make sure to select the correct FAFSA year to update
5. Select “Add or Delete School”
6. Enter pin number
7. Select Add School – DWU’s Federal School Code is 003461
8. Choose correct housing plan
9. Select Submit my School Codes
   

Option 2
Contact DWU with information from your Student Aid Report, and we add our school code for you.

Your Student Aid Report is the results from your FAFSA from the Department of Education that was e-mailed or mailed to your home address.

1. Your Social Security number
2. Your last name
3. Your highest transaction number of your Student Aid Report*
4. DRN (this 4-digit number is located on your Student Aid Report*)
5. Your housing preference (on-campus, off-campus or off-campus with parent)

If you do NOT have your Student Aid Report, you can request a new one from the Department of Education by calling 1-800-4-FED-AID (1-800-4-333-243.)
