Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
DWU's Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance is provided by Liberty Mutual.  The benefit is the amount of the employee's annualized salary at the time of death. 

These coverages are provided to employees free of charge by DWU. 

Beneficiaries are designated by the employee; to change your beneficiary(s), contact Human Resources.
