Changing from the "nebula" to the "Wireless" network

Requirements:
Windows XP SP2 or later
802.11b or 802.11g wireless network card
Windows configuration of your wireless network card (if you see the following screen in step 3, Click HERE to configure Windows to control your wireless network settings.)

1.
Check to see what network you are connected to by pointing your mouse cursor at the wireless icon (it looks like a monitor with waves coming out of it) in your taskbar (near the clock). If you are connected to "Wireless," there is no need to change. If you are connected to "nebula," continue to step 2.

2. Double-click on the wireless icon in the taskbar. It will bring up the "Wireless Network Connection Status" window.

3. Click "View Wireless Networks" to bring up the "Wireless Network Connection" window.

4. Click on "nebula" to highlight it.

5. Click the "Disconnect" button. It will bring up the warning below.

6. Click "Yes." This will bring you back to the "Wireless Network Connection" window. Click "Wireless" to highlight it.

7. Click "Connect." This will bring up the warning below.

8. Click "Connect Anyway." This will bring you back to the "Wireless Network Connection" window and shows a connection to the "Wireless" network.

9. Close the "Wireless Network Connection" window.

10. Verify that you are connected to "Wireless" by pointing your mouse cursor at the wireless icon in your taskbar.
