Remote Assistance

Remote Assistance initiates a session allowing you to share a desktop with the technician currently assisting you.  The access is only for the current support session and will be removed immediately following completion.  

To start a remote desktop support session, please contact us at (605) 995-2697. 

Instructions: 

1.  Call the DWU Helpdesk at (605) 995-2697.

2.  Click on the link below as instructed by the technician.

3.  A dialog box will appear.  When prompted, click "Run".

4.  A prompt will appear and then disappear quickly.  You do not need to do anything.

5.  Proceed as directed by your DWU Helpdesk technician.
