When asked if you want to
delete your history, click Yes.

Click onto the Content

and click OK.

"The page cannot be found" error
If you see the
error "The page cannot be found" or "HTTP 404 - File not found" when you try
to open an email in Outlook Web Access it could be because the subject of
the email contains one or more of the blocked characters listed below:
- Two periods (..) or a
single period at the end of the subject
- A period and a forward
slash (./)
- backslash (\)
- Colon (:)
- Percent sign (%)
- Ampersand (&)
