StrengthsQuest
At Dakota Wesleyan we want students to identify their talents and develop their strengths. We want to help you along on this journey of discovery. As a part of DWU’s Enterpreneurial Leadership minor, students will be participating in the StrengthsQuest and implementing this knowledge into their studies in entrepreneurship.

Your StrengthsQuest at DWU begins when you complete the Gallup StrengthsFinder Inventory online. This inventory will help you identify areas in which you have talent and natural strengths. The StrengthsQuest program will provide you with strategies for developing your strengths and ideas on how to focus your strengths.

To complete the inventory you will need 30-40 minutes of uninterrupted time. You will need to provide a password that you can easily remember. Your report will be immediately available to you online after you have completed the assessment. Please print a copy. Also please e-mail a copy to liredlin@dwu.edu. There will be a site at the end of the inventory where you can type in that address.
