- Annenberg Media Teacher Resources -- Annenberg Media has produced several video programs to assist in the professional development of secondary history and social studies teachers. Nearly all of these programs can be viewed online. (These are for personal, non-commercial online viewing only and cannot be downloaded or saved.)
- Asia for Educators -- "An initiative of the Weatherhead East Asian Institute at Columbia University, Asia for Educators (AFE) is designed to serve faculty and students in world history, culture, geography, art, and literature at the undergraduate and pre-college levels."
- Digital History -- This Web site was designed and developed to support the teaching of American History in K-12 schools and colleges and is supported by the Department of History and the College of Education at the University of Houston.
- Docs Teach -- Provides several history lesson plans that utilize digitized primary source documents from NARA's (National Archives and Records Administration) collections and thoroughly integrate technology. Instructors who register can build original digital lesson plans by selecting and integrating the digitized primary source documents available from NARA.
