Master of Business Administration – Strategic Leadership
Our M.B.A. program is designed to serve the region in small and medium-sized business.  It is not designed to feed people into Fortune 500 companies, but to serve as a significant alternative, preparing individuals to be successful in the smaller, non-publicly traded businesses present in our region.

This program is designed for both working adults and full-time students, and it can be completed on either a 12- or 24-month basis with entry points in August or January of each year.

The entrepreneurial and strategic leadership slant of our M.B.A. program is further enhanced by a values-driven emphasis that is informed by an active and applied Christian worldview. This includes emphases on servant leadership, making both intelligent and ethical business decisions, and communicating decision-making in an effective way that emphasizes the importance of individuals in an organization. Students are taught to critically think and plan their way through business issues that are in a constant state of flux because of the dynamics of changing environmental factors.
