Dec. 13, 2006 DWU offers evening worship celebration MITCHELL, S.D. – DWU is offering an evening worship celebration at 7 p.m. on Dec. 14. “The Christmas Promise” service will be held in the Wagner Chapel in Rollins Campus Center and is open to the public. “Christmas can be an annual reminder of broken family relationships, unfulfilled personal dreams, unanswered prayers that can leave us with but two choices,” said Brandon Vetter, campus pastor. “To believe in only what we see around us or to put our total trust in the God who always keeps promises, to find and renew our faith for what God alone will do.” The purpose of the service is to remind people of the hope that Christmas provides. |
