Advance tickets available

MITCHELL –Advance tickets are now available for the showing of “One Bright Shining Moment: The Forgotten Summer of George McGovern” at Luxury 5 Cinemas in Mitchell.

The final event of the dedication of the George and Eleanor McGovern Library is the South Dakota premier of the film which highlights McGovern’s 1972 presidential campaign. Producer Stephen Vittoria and George McGovern will introduce the film at 4 p.m. at the Luxury 5 Cinemas.

Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased in person at the theater at 209 N. Lawler in Mitchell when the box office is open (6:45 p.m. each day; Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. and Sundays at 12:30 p.m.) Phone sales are not available, although .people may send a check for tickets and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Luxury 5 Cinemas, 208 N. Lawler, Mitchell, SD, 57301.
