Aug. 16, 2007 Cole promoted to major in US Army Reserves MITCHELL – Tony Cole, assistant professor of biochemistry at DWU, received a promotion from the US Army Reserves to the rank of major. Cole has been in the military for 22 years, the last 12 with the US Army Reserves. He is currently serving as an environmental officer in the 1974th Infectious Disease Team in St. Peters, Mo.
