MITCHELL — This weekend’s DWU theatre production of “The House of Blue Leaves” has been canceled and will not be rescheduled.

This decision was made based on the fact that several members of the production’s cast are also on the DWU women’s soccer team and will be gone Saturday for the Women’s Soccer National Championship Opening Round against Graceland College at Lamoni, Iowa. The time of the game has yet to be announced.

“DWU Theatre is so proud of the job women’s soccer has done this season,” said Dan Miller, DWU theatre director. “Great job ladies!”
