Angels among us: exhibit displays photographs, art of guardian angels

MITCHELL – A few Dakota Wesleyan students and their teacher have art on display exhibiting the angels among us – guardian angels, to be exact.

Eight DWU students and assistant art professor Cherie Ramsdell have pieces in the Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center exhibition, “Guardian Angles.” The exhibit is on display through Jan. 22 at the Prairie Center on the Community Digital Art Gallery.

The Community Digital Art Gallery is meant to be a place where the art community can showcase its talent and inspire the community, states the hospital’s website.

The following students have art in the display: Marque Brunmeier, Winner; Ashley Fischer, Lesterville; Alex Hinz, Littleton, Colo.; Liz Johnson, Huron; Raeanne Klein, Gregory; Brandi Nekrassoff, Fair Oaks, Calif.; Lisa Weber, Pierre; and Brittany Schuurmans, Tyndall.
