If you are dropping all classes for the semester, this is classified as a withdrawal from the university. In those cases, you will use the Permission to Withdraw from all Classes form. If you are withdrawing from all classes for personal or medical reasons you may be eligible to apply for a leave of absence using the Leave of Absence form below. This will allow you to interrupt your enrollment and return to Dakota Wesleyan University within 180 days. In accordance with college regulations, you will not need to reapply for admission to the University; however, students wishing to enroll in the nursing program will need to apply for admittance.
