All final grades must be submitted by the grade due date. If you have problems meeting this deadline for any reason, please contact the Registrar about alternative arrangements.

Since these grades are posted to official transcripts, they must be accurate and in accordance with university policy. They must reflect the grade the student has earned for the work completed, and not a "projected" grade.

Blank grades, W, WF, WF, "dropped", "withdrawn", or "not attending" may NOT be submitted as final grades. The only acceptable grades for letter graded classes are "A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+, D, D-, or F". The only acceptable grades for Credit/No Credit graded classes are "CR or NC".

If you submit "Incomplete" grades, please complete the Justification for "Incomplete" Grade form.
