Midterm or Early Warning Grades
Midterm grades are scheduled so that midterm grades sheets can be included in the information advisors have when they meet with students about the next semester's schedules.

All midterm grades must be submitted by the grade due date. If you have problems meeting this deadline for any reason, please contact the Registrar about alternative arrangements.

Since these grades are used by advisors to assist students, estimates of grades are acceptable. If you are unable to estimate grades, you may submit CR/NC grades (where CR means acceptable work or participation and NC means unacceptable work or participation.)

Blank grades, W, WF, WF, "dropped", "withdrawn", "not attending" or "incomplete" grades may NOT be submitted as midterm grades. The only acceptable grades for letter graded classes are "A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+, D, D-, F, CR or NC". The only acceptable grades for Credit/No Credit graded classes are "CR or NC".
