1. I forgot my password
There is a link beside the login to have your password e-mailed to your DWU e-mail account.

2. My transfer coursework is not showing on my unofficial transcript.
You must click on the Printable Unofficial Transcript link found at the bottom of the screen in order to be able to see transfer work.

3. Degree audit portlet only showing Red X’s marked Unmet.
You must click on the View All Details which brings up a summary page;

Click on Printable Degree Audit to see details.

4. The major or minor is incorrect.
Submit the Declaration of Major/Minor or Change of Major/Minor form to the Registrar’s Office – available in the Registrar’s Office or on the Registrar’s Website.

5. The Grade Report link is missing.
The grade report link for mid-term and final grades is found on the Student Tab. When you click on this link it takes you to another screen. You need to select the correct term and view mid-term grade report or view final grade report.

6. I cannot add any classes.
Before registering for classes you must meet with your advisor to discuss your academic plan and select classes. Your advisor then must give you registration clearance. Once you have been granted clearance you can go to Add/Drop courses. Click on the correct term and search for the courses. There should be small boxes to the left-side of the courses. Click on the box next to the course you want to enroll in. Check your schedule to ensure that you are registered in the correct class.
