Presidential Scholarship Day is designed for accepted high school seniors who have a minimum 3.0 GPA and 21 ACT or 980 SAT score. The day is designed to provide participants the opportunity to further investigate Wesleyan’s academic and cocurricular programs. Students and parents will have the opportunity to meet personally with faculty, staff and students, as well as attend information sessions about our three colleges, our distinctive Center for Talent Development, athletics and student life.

8:30 – 9 a.m. Registration
9 – 9:30 a.m. Welcome
9:30 – 11 a.m. Clifton StrengthsFinder; Parent and Student Panel Discussions
All attendees will have the opportunity to take the StrengthsFinder. This personal inventory is the first step in understanding your personal talents and strengths. You can also sit in on panel discussions with current students and/or parents of current students.
11 – 11:25 a.m. Academic Sessions
Learn about the variety of majors within DWU's three colleges.
11:30 a.m. – Noon Affirming Your Strengths
Our experts will explain the StrengthsFinder and help you discover how to use the new information you have about yourself.
Noon – 1:15 p.m. Scholars' Luncheon and Award Presentation
1:15 p.m. Optional campus tours and appointments with coaches, financial aid officers or other campus staff members.
