MyWeb Overview

MyWeb is the name given to personal web space provided to Dakota Wesleyan University students and employees for personal expression, creating a personal web site, posting of course assignments or activities, and other purposes consistent with the university's Policy on Acceptable Use of Information Resources.  For example, commercial use of MyWeb and the posting of materials in violation of applicable copyright laws will not be permitted.

MyWeb space is not provided automatically to members of the DWU community.  MyWeb accounts must be requested from the Information Systems Help Desk, at helpdesk@dwu.edu or (605) 995-2697.

Access to MyWeb for the purpose of installing files and building out a web site is through file transfer protocol.  See the Help Desk document Using Your MyWeb Account at DWU for instructions.
