DWU Apartments
Like the convenience of living on campus, but want to try having your own apartment? The apartments are attached to Allen Hall by a common lobby and offer independent living for juniors and seniors. The apartments were built in 2003, each with a private bath, living area, kitchenette with refrigerator, and central heating and air conditioning.

There are four studio units, four one-bedroom units, and 12 two-bedroom units in the building.

Parking is on the east side and Jackson Plaza – a newly constructed outdoor area with flowers and a large fountain – separates the apartments and Allen Hall from the Rollins Campus Center and Sherman Center.
