IT User Support Technician
Dakota Wesleyan University is seeking a self-motivated and conscientious individual to fill the full-time position of IT User Support Technician. The position is responsible for customer support, general systems maintenance, inventory audits, end-user hardware, software support and other duties as assigned.
Technicians will be expected to be prompt, reliable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions. This position requires face-to-face, email, and telephone communication. Technicians will be expected to interact with faculty, staff and students with respect and courtesy, deliver excellent customer service and have a commitment to the mission of DWU and the values of learning, leadership, faith, and service.
Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge/skills are required. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
