Our DWU Apartments are attached to Allen Hall by a common lobby and offer independent living for juniors and seniors. Each apartment has a private bath, living area, kitchenette with refrigerator, and central heating and air conditioning.
There are four studio units, four one-bedroom units, and 12 two-bedroom units in the building.
Parking is on the east side and Jackson Plaza, a beautiful outdoor space, separates the apartments and Allen Hall from the Rollins Campus Center and Sherman Center.
