Professional History: Rhonda has served in diverse leadership positions, including director of recruitment and selection; human resources consultant; executive director of entrepreneurial leadership; director of career development; assistant professor in business and entrepreneurial leadership; instructional designer; and talent strategist.

Areas of Expertise: Rhonda is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management and by the Society of Human Resources (SHRM-CP). Rhonda is also a Certified Professional with Professional DynaMetric Programs (PDP). PDP specializes in the recognition of human potential and its application in performance.
