MITCHELL—Dakota Wesleyan University will hold a ribbon cutting for its new food service and renovated dining space on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 11 a.m. upstairs in the Sherman Center. D-Dub’s by CF Catering has been operational since June 1. An extensive renovation of the space was completed in August.
The unique partnership with CF Catering, a division of County Fair Food Stores, means that all food purchases and catering services are local. County Fair president Justin Luther and DWU Dining Director Carl Plastow were instrumental in establishing the partnership.
After the ceremony, those attending are invited to eat at D-Dub’s. Lunch is $9.50 per person for all-you-can-eat.
