Information Collected
DWU occasionally collects information from our users on our websites. Typical collection points are forms and e-commerce pages, such as purchases and donations.

Forms
There are many forms on the DWU website including, but not limited to, online applications for admission, questionnaires, visit forms and event registrations.
E-commerce
When you complete an e-commerce transaction, we ask you to provide contact information, such as name, email address, mailing address, etc., and financial information, such as credit card information. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you. All online financial transactions are completed via an externally hosted, third-party website.
How Information Is Used
Information gathered through our site is only used for the stated purpose.
- As required by law: Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

- Third party intermediaries: We use a credit card processing company to bill users for purchases. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We appreciate your questions and comments about our website and services, and we welcome your email messages submitted via the Contact Us form, or via email. We will share your messages with those within our organization who are most capable of addressing any issues contained in your message. We will keep a copy of your message until we have had an opportunity to address your comments. We may archive your message for a certain period of time or discard it, but your email address will not be used for any other purpose.
