The Dakota Wesleyan University Arlene Gates Department of Nursing celebrated the completion of the LPN-Bachelor of Science in nursing class of 2019 with a special pinning ceremony in Sioux Falls last Friday, Dec. 13, 2019.
The DWU LPN-B.S. in nursing is a 28-month, hybrid program, which offers online and face-to-face class time in Sioux Falls. The curriculum is designed to build upon the foundation of nursing skills acquired by the licensed practical nurse. In addition, program content focuses on developing leadership and management of care skills, necessary in a variety of current healthcare settings.
